The Fig Tree game enables the team to improve its problem-solving skills by identifying and harnessing individual strengths. It explores the factors which motivate team members and will highlight any need for change in the group dynamics.
Team leaders often have their sights set so firmly on a goal that they neglect to notice the flagging morale of their team members.
The game gives each player a voice within the group providing them with a new understanding of how to make a positive contribution to the success of the team. This, in turn, raises morale and generates a positive experience for all players.

- Identify strategies to maintain group motivation and morale.
How it works
The Fig Tree is a complex card based logic puzzle which players will attempt to solve using deduction and logic testing. All members have to apply themselves to the task, and the challenge is to keep the team together as an effective problem-solving unit to ensure a rewarding experience for all.
What participants will be doing
Participants will seek to find the solution to two questions using the information given to them on twenty-six separate cards. The experience will involve a cycle of enthusiasm; action; disappointment; reorientation; and renewed enthusiasm.
